At Peltura, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
This Return and Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning items purchased through our store.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, unwashed, and without any creases, scratches, or signs of wear.

Packaging: It must be in its original packaging with all protective materials, tags, and labels fully intact and attached.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt, order confirmation email, or proof of purchase.
Note on Leather Goods: Leather is a natural material. Slight variations in color, texture, or natural markings are not considered defects but rather the unique characteristics of genuine leather. Returns based solely on natural leather variations will be treated as standard returns and subject to standard shipping policies.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene, customization, or clearance reasons. These include:

Custom-made or personalized leather jackets, bags, or accessories.

Gift cards.

Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a clearance event.

Leather care products (e.g., conditioners, waxes) that have been opened or unsealed.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Do not send items back to us without first requesting a return. Items sent back to us without an RMA will not be accepted or refunded.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning standard items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Store Responsibility: Peltura will cover the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Recommendation: Because leather goods can be valuable, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately by offering a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
8. The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our Quality Control team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 10 business days since we approved your refund, please contact your bank. 9. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must meet the same standard eligibility requirements: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
