All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Timeline

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and our commitment to quality, our standard shipping time is:

  • Estimated Delivery: 10 to 15 business days.

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and any customs processing for international orders.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Local Shipping: Delivery within Aisa usually follows our standard timeline.

  • International Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email (or WhatsApp message) containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Peltura is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages & Issues

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. You can also reach out to our support team for assistance in documenting the issue.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
